a good relaxing holiday, friendly people. but we arrived in a typhoon so the journey was... exciting
the breakfast was excellent but lacks quite ordinary bread such as French bread. the people at the hotel are very friendly. and very attentive...
yes we wear the same sheet for two days. and it was already stained when we arrived at the room.. and sand on the floor. and the tile joints in the toilet are dirty. and the water pressure is not the best either, you can hardly wash off the soap..

What was the highlight of Henann Premier Coast Resort
Great hotel with a fantastic Sky Pool.
The hospitality from all the staff is top-notch. The rooms were of high quality. The Wi-Fi was fantastic and stable. They have wonderful sky pools with an amazing view.
The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which was very crowded. This is something to think about. There were many seaweeds in the ocean right across from the property during our stay. We were in South Palms, where they have a tractor to remove the seaweeds. However, at Henann, the staff swept and dug them out manually. While it’s good that people have jobs, I’m not sure if this is the most efficient or best approach.

Wonderful
The location is excellent since it is located nearby every establishments you need. The place is clean and the ambiance is perfect for the whole family. The staff are also friendly, helpful and welcoming.
